Technical description

Caused through the enormous variety of collectors it is impossible to find an “universal” solution for the roof integration of solar collectors or photovoltaic panels.

The main criteria always stay the same: Modular design, fast and easy mounting and safe and water proof solutions.

Our flashings are delivered ready for mounting. The single parts are ready folded and you do not need any silicon to make them waterproof. The mounting time for a 2-collectors flashing is between 15 and 30 minutes.

The most important advantage is that you will not need a plumber or roofer.

We guarantee the watertightness of all our flashings. After the mounting of the collectors the roof will be as water-proof as it was before the mounting.

With our system the usage of silicon for sealing is not necessary. Our flashings can be used for roof pitches starting with 22°. We offer flashing solutions for different types of roofings ( corrugated roofs, slate, South-europeen coverages,....). Normaly we try to combine all the roofings into one type of flashing, so that you have an universal solution.

The flashings normaly are made of aluminium. The main advantages of this material are corrosion resistance and the low weight. As alternative materials we also offer copper, zinc and inox.

The water drainage over the collector or panel makes it possible to create compact flashing parts which are easy to handle and to mount. Our plug-in system of the single parts compensates the material expansion and allows compact packaging.

Plug-in System

All our flashings are designed with a plug-in system. This means that the flashing is made of single components like frontparts, lateral parts and backparts which just have to be plugged together at the roof.  This modular system allows the combination of any number of collectors or panels. An additional advantage of the modular system is, that the material expansion is compensated.

No plumber or roofer needed

The flashings are ready for mounting. All parts are ready bended and folded, so that you do not need any manual postprocessing on the building site. The flashings can be mounted without any special knowledge.

Water proof without using silicon

The plug-in system guarantees water proofness without using silicon. The single parts are connected with plug-in system or special coverage parts.

Compact packaging

What is the use of a perfect flashing if it is not possible to handle or transport it because it is too bulky and it is damaged when it arrives at the building site?

Our modular system guarantees compact packaging. Depending of the size of the collector our flashings are normally packed in cardboard boxes with maximum dimensions of about 200 x 60 x 20 cm. This compactness of the packaging avoids transport damages and guarantees an easy handling. As the flashings are made of aluminium the weight is very low and helps to save shipping costs.

Ideal price-performance ratio

The flashing parts are punched on high precision CNC punching machines and bended on CNC bending-machines. The automatical production guarantees a continous high quality standard. The use of modern punching and bending machines allows an efficient and cheap production.

Roof pitch

Normaly our flashings can be used for roof pitches starting with 22°. We also offer special solutions for flat roofs under 22° roof pitch.
